Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“This was the fourth time I've ordered a newborn/cot blanket. Each family has loved the snuggly personalised blanket. The two year old loves the fact it's got her name on it. ( easy to wash and feels soft on the skin)”

“This is a beautiful gift idea, its an easy step by step process and there are a lot of sizes, styles, colours and font's to choose from. The blankets are beautiful, and i chose to have them shipped direct to my new grandsons. The whole process was just so easy. Highly reccomend if you are looking for a gift they wont grow out of.”
