Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“Service, quality, speed - all big ticks! I ordered my first blanket as gift for a new baby and it arrived so quickly (considering I ordered it as soon as they were born and it arrived before they were home from hospital!) quality is excellent - you have some brands you’ll pay double the price for. Service and ease of use on the website also super user friendly. Loved my first one so much I ordered one for my own child and will be 1000% ordering for all my future baby showers, Xmas presents, birthdays! - 1 happy customer!”

“The quality of the blanket is just beautiful, I'm looking forward to using it when my baby arrives in a few months. Its very light and will be great to use in the warmer climates of the North coast.
