Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“My most recent order was my 4th (or maybe my 5th?) this time for my niece’s new daughter. She was absolutely thrilled (as was I) with the bassinet size personalised double-sided blanket. It’s perfect for taking bub out in the pram and makes such a special gift whichever size you buy. My daughter still uses the two bassinet blankets I bought for my grandchildren now almost 4 & almost 2. Thank you ThreadTheWord 😌”

“After receiving a blanket for my own son I knew it was something I wanted to give to my best friend who has been blessed with a baby, it’s my favourite gift to give someone now as we us our blanket everyday!
