Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“I ordered by first personalised blanket from Thread the Word in early 2023 as a gift for a family friend. I was so thrilled with it I have since used these blankets as the 'gift of choice' for new babies born to staff members in my workplace - eight more blankets to date! Everyone has been thrilled with their gift particularly as it is something they can have as a keepsake for their child.”
