Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“Received today and was blown away. Absolutely gorgeous and smells Devine. Our little grandson Laiken made his entrance into the world 7 weeks early. This will be beautiful for his long stay in NICU, wrapped in love. Thank you so much, I know it will brighten mum and dad's long days at the hospital and for many months to come! “What an amazing experience. Designing the blanket was so hard with SO many design options available - but was made easier being able to preview the design. I was kept up to date every step of the way & now that the blanket has arrived I couldn’t be more in love. It is AMAZING quality & the beautiful note from Peter & Annie put that personal touch on it. Couldn’t recommend more!!”
