“"Another hassle free order, fourth purchase now and so far so good. The service provided is excellent, the courier used is also a excellent choice. Never had to call or email customer service and i hope it stays that way. There are companies who sell the same item at a cheaper price but the service is lacking in comparison. Already have my fifth watch lined up, Thanks again!!"”

“"I ordered a watch online for my son which arrived extremely well packaged the next day. Unfortunately the watch was too large for my son and I therefore needed to speak to the team. They answered the phone straight away and were extremely helpful and understanding, stating I could return the watch which I did. They refunded the balance on the same day of return. An excellent and caring service well done and many thanks."”

I believe they came from the UK, but no matter, they offered international shipping to the US. They arrived surprisingly fast - much quicker than anticipated. I would buy from Tic again."”
