“I ordered yesterday tool by 10:30 still not received I pay 20£ for delivery is fine.Call customer service which is very helpful but they told me I can claim delivery charge for late delivery myself.I try to do it but I haven't got tracking number provided also when I try only account holder for DHL can do it.So I left still without tool.Still waiting.Post code is TN248QB And is under different name not on review but they have my details in system I ordered USPRO 6270.”

“I was disappointed as the product arrived broken. The plastic casing was smashed. The screwdrivers were all ok but when I pay for something I would like it while and not damaged. To be fair to you guys you offered me a 3.95 refund or a full refund if tools were returned. Only problem with that was you had no more stock of that item. And as I needed the screwdrivers I had no choice but to except the 3.95.”
