“This company is fraudulent. It seems like they might have sent some product out in the beginning, but now, they aren't. They take your money, give you the same song and dance and then cut communication. Communicate the situation with your banks, file a case with the FTC and your local police department. It's time to work together to stop Sam Lorenz and this fraud.”

“I ordered March 24th they claim if i ordered within a few hours the laptop would be shipped the next day. The next day they sent me a tracking number, however weeks later laptop never shipped. I called their number and emailed them at least 10 times, also the biggest joke is the call back number. Their phone number keeps telling you they cannot take the call please leave a message. My order number is 2819. By the way i filed in resolution center to get my money back.”

“my experience is like all others. placed order 3/14 never received my laptop. Cant get through to anyone, cant get email response either. Set up call back with a rep on their site, but never got a call. Stay away from this company! Reported scam with BBB today. I suggest you do the same!”

“Hey people, Do not Buy from this place. IT IS A BIG SCAM. do your research and make your own decision. I ordered a lap top but never received it. I tried to contact hem multiple times but they kept ignoring my e-mails. If you do your research you will see that many people have been screwed by this company. Do your wallet a favor and avoid this company.”

“I ordered a laptop from them on February 12, 2020. Never received it. Contacted them 6 times before they supposedly “authorized a refund”. Have yet to receive my money back. In fact I have contacted them 16 times total since I first placed my order and still nothing has happened. They tell they will call but never call. You set up a phone appointment and they never call. This company is nothing more than thieves.”

“What went wrong is I set an appointment to call top tech and all I got was a recording, and nobody is wanting to talk to me on the phone or on line about my order that was made on March 17th 2020. My name is Steven Curtis and my order number is 2593. Is this the way your company does business? Take my money and get no response?”

“Order a laptop on March 6. Have yet to receive even a shipping statement. Called and finally got ahold of someone and asked for refund. Vanessa said she couldn't do that a manager had to and that they would call me back. Still waiting on the call. DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS!”

“Take the money and never ship. Do not answer calls 0r emails. BBB rates them an F; and they are currently under investigation. Waste of time and money...and frankly, for the employees/owner; wastes of oxygen and human resources. Trash from the ground up.”

“I ordered a Dell Latitude 14" Laptop on March 17 and no information on a delivery schedule has been made with me. The money was immediatly withdrawn from my credit card and now it's the 31st of March and I have tried to call and only get a recording to return my calls. Poor way to do business even wih the Covid-19 outbreak.”

“I can only imagine the reviews on this site are created by Top Tech, as their reputation is anything but reputable. See https://www.complaintsboard.com/top-tech-electronics-b132797 for the over 20 complaints of those who never received a product or received shoddy electronics. My review is also included, I ordered 2 laptops and 15 days later no product...although i was repeatedly reassured it was being expedited, and 1 email that said it actually shipped. Thankfully I thought to ask for a tracking number, and although they thought that would make me happy, after 3 days of checking the number I saw only a label was created..never shipped. Cancelled the order. I would advise anyone to AVOID this company like the plaugue!”
