“Late delivery, then wrong product delivered and then dissapointing and unhelpful customer service. Just left me feeling regret for pre-ordering with Total cards and not confident to pre order again or order anything that might be time sensitive or risk selling out.”

I can see that this was due to a delay with our suppliers in getting the stock to us. Our team worked overtime to ensure orders were sent out as soon as the stock arrived. “The experience was generally fine. I feel like communication from customer service could have been better; weekly check ins just to update on the status - even if there was no change. But sorting out my order to just send the only item that arrived and cancel the rest was easy enough and much appreciated.”
