“Had to wait an unusually long time for my Pokémon cards this time around, but Total Cards kept me informed regularly and I could understand the delays due to the Covid situation. Prices are always competitive and I can’t fault the customer service.”

“Total Cards were very competitive on their price and I've been overall pleased with the service. Product arrived ahead of schedule and was well packaged so the boardgame arrived in perfect condition. My only criticism would be to do with their Sage Payment method that had trouble with a couple of my cards.”

“I don’t like how that I preordered the Meowth Vmax Collection a few days prior to release only for it to be on Sale for a few pounds cheaper on launch day. Beyond that, I love this website. You really don’t need to shop anywhere else (unless TC are sold out of a certain product you want of course).”

“There was a lack of communication in the beginning but, it was made up with a fast recovery. They did have a faulty system so I won't be too harsh. Other than that fast delivery and amazing product and a tonne of freebies which is amazing. Glad to buy from them and will continue since in the past this never normally happens. 8/10.”

“I’m giving it a 4 star as I did make an order this morning at 00:47am and I did pick dpd Saturday guaranteed but haven’t received my order but thinking about it I might have chosen the wrong delivery service. Hopefully it might come by monday”

“Delay on delivery and despite supposedly being 24 hours tracked it was sent 48 hours (which after already being delayed seemed a bit rude). Other than that all good!”

“The product was great, exactly what was expected and described. The box got a little damaged, which I suppose might be expected when it’s international travel? (I’m in the US.) What really knocked the rating down was the incorrect information of the tracking. It said it was delivered a whole week earlier than I actually received it, making me worried if it got lost in the mail or something.”
