Hi There Thank you for taking the time to review us regarding your order. All feedback is taken to heart and we will make sure that this is looked into. We are sorry that part of your pre-order was not fulfilled, this is not something that we are happy about, I can see our teams chased this up a lot, we did look to our other suppliers but they were not able to get this particular product. Since this order, we have moved to a more reliable supplier. Again, we are sorry that one part of the order was not fulfilled. We hope that you may give us another chance in the future, with the new supplier our pre-orders are coming on time, especially our TCG stock.
