“I like the atmosphere that is in the shop when we come in, the crew is very nice and always helpful and also doesnt have a problem to show us items that are not on display but in stock. Shop is well stocked, the prices are good. We like going to visit it.”

“I was happy with the price but the boxes came with shrink wrap damaged. As a sealed collector this was disappointing and I now have to break the boxes down and sell the packs.”

“Well packaged, and as advertised. Good Value. The only thing I would have like to have seen is a little card or something giving thanks for the custom, or a well wish of 'enjoy your purchase' - gives it a more personal touch and makes up for the lack of 'physical' customer service online shopping always lacks”

“Good website with the latest Pokemon TCG and pretty good prices too. When looking at Twilight Masquerade products, I found they were pretty cheap compared to other companies which I found pretty good. Allowing for pre orders too if pretty good as well, allowing for people to budget too.”
