Hi there, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologise for the delay in receiving your cards and understand how frustrating this can be. I can see that we did ship this out on the 7th, unfortunately, the shipping method you have used doesn't give tracking, Royal Mail does not prioritise non-tracked items, we would always suggest getting tracked shipping. While Royal Mail do attempt to deliver in 2-3 Working days please note that delays can occur 😭! We hope that this will be with you soon Kind Regards, Ryan

Not great at the moment. Been waiting since november for a Terapagos UPC. Everywhere else seems to have had stock so I dont see the problem?

Freezing! We attend the weekly pokemon tournaments, spend money and we can't even sit in warmth! If we are allowed the luxury of the heating being turned on its limited to an hour. When your sitting freezing for three hours it makes you think you want to go elsewhere.

Not had it yet 🫠 ordered it and wasn’t told it was a preorder till after payment. Then had to chase it a few times this month because you aren’t told when it’s being released.

Ordered Pokemon TCG: Terapagos ex Ultra Premium Collection was expecting delivery early December (nothing) chased it up quite few times was told soon and even told once will be by weekend nothing was delivered. Then end up telling me they are having trouble with getting the sock in for some reason which i find it hard to believe as it is available on every other website took one google search to find that. someone one recommended me this website was excited to see they have good prices and nice range of products was planning to order few more thing after Christmas but the whole experience was a let down no communication was made from their end to inform that its been delayed etc for transparency specially this time of the year where people are buying thing as gifts

After checking the tracking details, I can see that your order was sent as a Letter, and unfortunately, Royal Mail does not prioritise letters, especially during busier times of the year 😭. Your order left our warehouse on Saturday, and although Royal Mail usually delivers within 2-3 working days, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. I have looked into this and can see that this was shipped using a none tracked letter, these usually do arrive within 2 weeks of this being shipped for international orders but can take up to 30 working days (this is what the couriers set out for this), if you contact our support team on Support@totalcards.net they will be able to look into this a little more. Ita Eng vorrei lasciare una recensione negativa ma mi terrò sul neutrale. il pacco è stato abbandonato a terra in una pozza d'acqua e forse qualche animale a cercato di aprirlo. spero che le buste siano intatte e che chiunque legga questa recensione, le cose vadano meglio I would like to leave a negative review but I will keep it neutral. The package was abandoned on the ground in a puddle of water and perhaps some animal tried to open it. I hope the envelopes are intact and that whoever reads this review, things get better.

The packaging was not ideal as bits of dust and paper had made their way into the cracks of the box and it took some time to clean, the stitching on these boxes are bad in a few places. I've bought the same make elsewhere and it didn't have this issue.

Shipment was delayed. The store provided frequent updates. At the end got my the Kingdra promo box, however centring is all off on the promo card. I appreciate that’s not their fault, they could have been mindful and sent a promo box with better centring.

I've paid above Pokémon center price for a pre order or the product. To then receive the product a week after the product was released.

However, we are always trying to price match and if you ever do find a product is cheaper elsewhere you can contact us before your order is shipped and we can look into this for you. Regarding the delay in your order, I apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our suppliers have been sending stock in small batches, which has caused delays. Most of the stock has arrived, with a few items still pending, but they should be with us soon. Sadly the book I ordered was badly damaged, the spine was broken at the top of the book, and a sticker placed on the front cover which will cause more damage if removed, there was no damage to the box packaging in which it was delivered in, that suggested the book was sold in this state, and clearly not what I expected, or even mention about on their website, it did say it was used but no mention of damage. Very disappointed. First time using this store and my last unfortunately. Book purchased Call of cthulhu ( shadows over stillwater) I've repaired the spine myself to stop it getting any worse but will be looking elsewhere for a replacement book. As this is very very well worn book and Over priced verses the quality expected. Sadly that's my honest review. 2 stars purely based on price and quality condition of the product received.

Customer service wise regularly tried to help with the problems but was regularly let down for pre orders in recent months with little knowledge of when they would be fulfilled and was willing to give a couple of chances. Will no longer pre order with total cards

Unfortunetly they dont seem to fit the polemon cards easy, struggle to get them in and can potentially quite easily damage the card
