Ordered cards for my friends which arrived quickly. However I’ve just found out they have taken £47.99 out of my bank account without knowing! They surely shouldn’t be allowed to do this. Very misleading when you sign up to a free trial, do not use this company!!!!!

Terrible online service! I signed up for the free trial with the intention of signing up for a year to enable a child to have contact with their absent parent during this pandemic. The cards are lovely and are delivered quickly but on trying to cancel my membership after reading the bad reviews I am unable to. No cancellation button! No reply to my emails! Unable to cancel through App or desktop! Shame really because I would have def used again when needed. Now for a lengthy call to paypal to try and cancel future payments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware!! Scammers!! I used the free trial of one card, never agreed to membership. .01p was taken from my account then 2 weeks later £47.99. No contact. I have complained to them and opened a dispute with my bank. Very angry!!

What can I add. Absolute scam. Took 47.99 from my account even though I tried to cancel. Expensive for 1 postcard that I thought was a free trial. Based on what I’ve read no chance I’ll get my money back.

Disgusting fraud rip off merchants. Stop you cancelling and then deduct money from your card without telling you. Total total scammers and con artists! Police need to investigate these!!!

If I could give zero I would. Total scam, unable to cancel before trial period ends. Tells you you can't do so using app, directs you to website to cancel, wish directs you straight back to app. Have sent an email to cancel before payment be taken out. Will update as to whether they do this or not

Scam - cancelled online but didn't scroll down to see cancel button - clicked above where it said do you wish to lose all these benefits etc.. listed them then said - nevermind - take me back to my account which i clicked, where I thought it had cancelled. It also auto renews without informing you first - for a year!!! Not even by month. Feel ripped off.

DO NOT USE..... Cancellation of membership is nearly impossible. You cannot use the mobile app to cancel, you must use a desktop. If you use your appleid to log in on the app, you will need to log in using this, your email address will not work even if it is the same email. At every opportunity, they try to trick you into keeping the membership. They are advertising on TV during the pandemic, taking advantage of people missing there family. To then charge them £47.99 as they cannot cancel the membership.

Absolutely horrendous Took a payment out on my Applepay without consent, paid for postcards and took £47.99 out of my account please do not sign up, I’m a single mom and I’ve had to pay out to these looks like me and my young son won’t be eating for a week thanks to these scammers !!

I had one postcard sent, and was instantly signed up for silver membership for £47.99 which was never made clear, and i certainly would never signed for. Save your money, and please don't use this company.

This is a scam. They auto-enroll you in annual membership and try to charge you €50 with no way to cancel the membership.

They try to make it impossible to cancel. Had to change credit card to get rid of them. In my opinion very questionable to say the least. All issues now sorted

The concept is solid. It's easier to send cards through this service, for sure, but doesn't seem like they update the cards often. My beef is trying to cancel. I did do it online, but apparently it didn't cancel for the current year (but the next year). When I emailed them, I got a snarky email back about how they got the service for free and knew what I was getting into, but they will refund out of the niceness of their hearts. WTF?
