“I can't rate paint because the first time I went to use the touch up pen- the felt tip went inside the pen and got stuck. Luckily I bought a bottle/brush as well as the pen. The paint matched very well where i used brush. I sent the pen back and awaiting for a new one-hopefully I'll get to try pen. Dr. Robert Freund”

“I placed an order for two bottles with brush. I immediately realized I needed another color and placed another order minutes later for a color and primer, both bottles with brush. In the second order I noted my mistake and asked if you could please combine the two orders for shipping. It was completely ignored and I was charged double shipping. Also the primer was sent as two pens and not the bottle with brush as ordered with no explanation. I haven't had a chance to use the paint yet but expect it will be top notch.”

“Just wanted to touch up the edge of my driver's door. You could see primer in several spots, where previous owner had opened door against things. Now it looks perfect.”

“The delivery and order process was fast and easy. But the quality of the paint pen was very bad. It matched the color, but it dried way too fast and I was just able to paint one little scratch before the pen-insert was too stick and was not usable any more. Maybe they used at my pen not the correct ratio of hardener and color ?!”

“followed the instructions to the letter and the color did not match. i actually ordered the aerosol can but they sent the little brush deals instead. didnt think it was worth the hassle to call, send back and wait for the right stuff.”

“I got two different bottles of touch of paint. One for my yellow Fiat and one for my blue Saab. Both paint codes were off of the build sheets. Both paints are horribly off color. Shipping costs are also ridiculous.”
