“I have dark skin tone. Please use a lower setting! I do not have tanned skin. My dark skin tone and this IPL caused itchyness and bruises. I do not blame the device itself! I would recommend to light skin tones”

“The device is super easy to use. The light doesn’t burn if you’re using it on the right setting. The only bad part is the amount of times a week you have to use it. Actual laser hair treatments are once or twice a month but with Nood you have to use it two times a week and if you’re anything like me, routines are hard to set. To do my legs and bikini line and upper lip it takes about one 1 hour. Hair is growing back a lot slower so far but it’s hard to be consistent.”

“I've been using Nood very consistently (once a week, three passes each time) for a full five months with no results at all on any of the 4 areas Im using it on (armpits, brazilian, lower legs, & nips). Just hours of my life gone to shaving and then flashing for ~1.5 hours on the highest setting every sunday to see nothing. And irritated skin on the areas I had to start shaving for Nood instead of plucking. What a waste of time and money.”

“I was skeptical at first, but as a hairy lady who hates to shave, I had to try it. I'm glad I did! My only regret is that I did not purchase the larger nood and only got the smaller one cause I wasn't sure if it was worth the cost. It IS worth it! It takes about an hour to do one leg, and I do it while watching TV at night. Since I'm zoned into the TV you can see spots where I usually miss. I'm glad I accidentally missed these spots because it shows just how effective this machine is. The spots I get to, are almost hairless; the spots I missed show my typical hair growth. HUGE difference! I've been using this for about 5 weeks. I think in a few more weeks I will only have to do maintenance and will barely have to shave ever again. LOVE IT!!!!!”

“Definitely worth the time and patience to save the money. Some areas seem to work better than others and I didn’t start seeing really noticeable results until 7-8 weeks. But it definitely stops most hair and the hair that still grows is very thin. I have a few hairs that grow still in my armpits but they are hard to spot even a few days post shave. My bikini line worked well, but the Brazilian area closer to my genitals is taking longer. My lower legs took few sessions and was noticeable smoother even in a few weeks.”

“I’m very impressed with this device! I highly recommend wearing sunglasses while using to protect your eyes. Also be careful not to press the device too hard onto your skin, I accidentally burned my arm, but once it healed it didn’t leave a mark. I’m already shaving my legs way less! I just happen to be the perfect candidate though (light skin, dark hair). I haven’t used on my bikini line yet as I’m a little nervous that my skin is darker there, but I have effectively used on my legs, arms, underarms, and I’m starting to use it on my face on a level 6 (not sure of the results yet).”

“I'm not sure if this is worth it. I don't have a ton of body hair, but I thought it would be worthwhile to test it out because I love the idea of not having to shave ever again. i have a lighter skin tone and dark hair so I thought I would be a good fit for this. i would say it's been OK. It worked well on my leg hair and upper lip, I would say it's been 50-75% reduced. But it hasn't made a difference at all in my bikini area or under-arm. I've used it for 4-5 months now and I feel like I've seen no progress. Overall I feel like it's not really worth the investment, I'm still shaving so it hasn't really saved me any money at all. Relatively painfree and easy to use though.”

“Been using for 8 weeks now. It's been 2 weeks since I've shaved, so you can see it is coming in slower and more patchy. I don't like shaving so maybe if I shaved more you would see the results quicker?”

“I had been seeing a lot of light pulse therapy on my Instagram, but Nood was the only one that was FDA approved. I figured I had nothing to lose with the three month trial. I’ve used it on myself and my husbands back, and I have definitely been impressed with the results. I’ve used it on my legs, bikini area, and under arms. The best results are on my legs where I have been able to tolerate level 6. I have used level 3-4 in the bikini area, and I do get some pustules there after therapy. I think using antibacterial soap is key. Also noted pustules to my underarms after therapy. But honestly if I don’t have a 5 o’clock shadow permanently in my underarm area, I can get over the transient pustules. I would recommend the company clarify how my times you go over an area better in the papers. Only one paper says I should be doing it 3 times for a session, which was confusing and not what I had read elsewhere. I do love the ability to be able to watch TV and remove body hair at my own ease!”

“I am very happy so far with nood. I have not used it long enough yet to say it 100% stops unwanted hair growth, however it is easy to use as well as painless and I do believe this far it has at least slowed the regrowth!”

“I just finished doing this for 8 weeks and don’t think I notice a difference. If there is a difference it’s very subtle. I was really hoping this would work so I am very bummed. I am happy there is 90 days to return for a refund at least.”

“I’m exactly half way thru and so far am not seeing any results (I understand that they say it may take the full 8 weeks to see results; I have PCOS and Thyroid disease so that is why I have facial hair as a woman)”
