“My neighbour was very pleased with her cat tea towel, my daughter and I were very pleased with ours and my granddaughter loved her pencil case which was an extra little present with new coloured pencils. The quality is excellent and they were delivered very quickly in plenty of time for me to post my daughter's parcel so thank you very much.”
“Very pleased with my latest UW shopping bag - lasts for years, saving numerous plastic carrier bags. Only slight criticism is that the handles always wear out before the bag. Might it be an idea to make the handles out of a harder wearing material than the bag itself?”
“I'm amazed that Ulster Weavers have asked me to review my recent shopping experience with them, given that it was absolutely awful. As they sent me only one item instead of the two I had ordered and paid for, I got in touch with them but no reply. After that, I sent a further three messages, all of which have been similarly ignored. This is extremely disappointing as I had always rated them very highly. I see that one or two other customers have suffered a similar fate, not that that's any consolation. So, I'm GBP15 out of pocket (not a lot, fortunately) but ultimately, it is Ulster Weavers' loss. I won't be shopping with them again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone else. Appalling!”
