Sadly,it was a less than positive experience as there was a massive delay in delivery and as it was for Christmas that was not helpful! Royal Mail strikes possibly were the cause .I sent 2 emails to customer service regards,non delivery and one facebook message and was ghosted !That would never encourage me to purchase again in line .I reside in Belfast and could have obtained my item from a store or outlet shop of your.
I find it sad noone took time to allay my anxiety about parcel status and if it was on its way. .Improvement in communications definitely much needed . I SENT to correct email address and direct facebook messenger message too!”

Nel frattempo il problema si è risolto, ma diversi articoli che avevo nel carrello sono stati venduti. In tutto questo, mai ricevuta alcuna risposta (della risoluzione del problema me ne sono accorta da sola, per caso). Acquisto molto spesso online (in passato avevo già acquistato anche qui) e una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa.”
