“The service was excellent but I was disappointed in the colour of the throw. It was called fuschia pink but it was much more subdued than fuschia. The quality of the throw is great though.”

“My experience was very disappointing - I know the products are great and of fantastic quality but the delivery service outside the UK is poor. My parcel was returned to sender without as muich as a warning that it would be delivered on that particular date or any possibility of rescheduling the delivery or having the parcel delivered to a neighbour. I have been waiting ever since (over 5 weeks now) for reimbursement.”

“Bought 2 sets of gauntlets, they look lovely but after one wash and just 3 weeks use they have shrunk considerably and I already have a seem unravelling which is in an awkward place to repair. It’s so easy to pre-wash fabrics in the manufacturing phase, not what I expected from a good brand. I bought them for the length and now they are an inch shorter. Need to lower the prices to match the quality.”
“1) Ulster weavers doesn’t handle tax issues for deliveries outside the UK. UPS does it it and charges fees for that and you receive no warning. Only a notice to pay. In my case 35€ for a 65€-purchase. This adds up to the 15€ delivery costs.
2) UPS stole the content of my order. Instead of 10 items, I received only 2 cushion fillings (without the covers!) in a torn and reseated poor quality bag. Despite my claims to Ulster weavers and UPS, 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for reimbursement.”
“The courier lost my parcel which was to be a Christmas gift for someone. Ulster weavers did not read my emails and this resulted in a very poor response. They have since refused to accept the courier's response that states they lost the parcel and will not issue a refund.
A very disappointing experience all round.”

I ordered 1 large bag and one small bag for a gift. Two different order numbers. I got two bags of the large version. Disappointed but the bags are nice anyway.”
