“Unfortunately my first contact with Ulster Weavers was not very good.
I ordered a Tea Cosy. I received a Tea Towel instead.
When I informed you, I was asked to return the tea towel and I was told I would be reimbursed for the postage.
I duly found a Post Office and paid
£1.53 postage. I informed you of this.
I then received the Tea Cosy two days later. There was no apology and to date I still have not been reimbursed for the postage.
Not a good first impression.”

As a longtime fan of Queen Elizabeth II, I couldn’t resist the 95th Birthday tea towel. By some lucky coincidence my purchase arrived right on the Queen’s birthday. 👑”
“I am happy with the service I received when I needed an apron that did not fasten around the neck. I was pleased when a member of staff informed me that there was such a garment, that had just been taken off the website display page; and arranged for me to receive it. The parcel arrived in only a few days, being as there had been a Bank holiday. I will certainly use Ulster Weavers in the future.”
