“Their service was okay. The problem I had was the product. The sizes I ordered were at least two sizes smaller than what they should have been. One pair of pants was a size 38, but it was more likely a 36 or maybe even a 34. The same thing with the size 36, it might have been a 32. They use USPS as well so if you’re relying on a timeframe, forget it, the Postal Service is terrible.”

“Product sent did not match item shoen online. Hard to get a response from them when I described what I wanted. Ordered 2 jackets in size L and XL, the L(made in China) was great but too small, the XL (made in Bangladesh) had a poorer quality of material and did not match the product shown on line. I asked for an XL made in China and was told so sorry not available, we will be happy to send you the same as before! So it cost us about $15 to get nothing!!”
