“First of all all I said 38 x32 which were too long. I tried on 38 x30 were fine. So he pulled 36's. I double checked He was in error. Then he gave me 38 x 30 which fit and then pulled 2-38 x 31 which were again too long. I had to FIX. ENOUGH said.”
“Security Vest exactly as described. I'm a big guy, 310lbs so size accordingly. The 4X was a tight fit for me. Took some time making adjustments and very pleased with the fit and comfort.”
“I used the online website to find a uniform belt. I was able to quickly find and place an order. I was kept informed with order tracking and received the product in a timely manner.”
“My son absolutley loves these pants. I will be ordering more. I gave you four stars because of the Gentlemen who answers your phones, there were two of them and they were both not willing to assist, did not listen, and were not helpful at all. I would have given three stars but there were two ladies who saved the day. Both helpful, patient in trying to figure out what went wrong with my order until it was fixed and re-ordered. Refund was quick also. I purchase 5 pairs of pants but one of them was not hemmed correclty so my son was not happy about that. However, I will still order more.”
“Their prices are decent, but there were 2 major problems.
1. The shipping was extremely slow, and there were no updates provided even after I emailed about it. It took over 2 weeks to get my order.
2. The worst problem is that they messed up my order. They sent me 2 items that I did not order: 1 pair of pants and a shirt that was the wrong size and type. I called to let them know, and then they wanted me to pay for the items I never ordered! According to the FTC and federal law, any items shipped to you by mistake are considered a gift and you can keep it/don't need to pay for it. You also don't need to pay return shipping.
Since the pants fit and were the right size, I agreed to pay for it. However, I refuse to pay for the shirt I never ordered and it's not even the right size/type. I told them that they can give me a shipping label and I'll send it back, but two months later still nothing. According to FTC.gov, consumers are entitled by law to keep any items shipped to them that they didn't order, and they do not need to pay for unordered items. Apparently, this used to be a big scam where merchants would ship unwanted items and then try to get payment for them. I don't think they were trying to scam me, but just didn't know the law.”
