“Their prices are decent, but there were 2 major problems.
1. The shipping was extremely slow, and there were no updates provided even after I emailed about it. It took over 2 weeks to get my order.
2. The worst problem is that they messed up my order. They sent me 2 items that I did not order: 1 pair of pants and a shirt that was the wrong size and type. I called to let them know, and then they wanted me to pay for the items I never ordered! According to the FTC and federal law, any items shipped to you by mistake are considered a gift and you can keep it/don't need to pay for it. You also don't need to pay return shipping.
Since the pants fit and were the right size, I agreed to pay for it. However, I refuse to pay for the shirt I never ordered and it's not even the right size/type. I told them that they can give me a shipping label and I'll send it back, but two months later still nothing. According to FTC.gov, consumers are entitled by law to keep any items shipped to them that they didn't order, and they do not need to pay for unordered items. Apparently, this used to be a big scam where merchants would ship unwanted items and then try to get payment for them. I don't think they were trying to scam me, but just didn't know the law.”
“I wss very disappointed upon receiving the pants I ordered. Size was smaller than I'd like, but the problem was the side striping. It was a straight trash job..all wrinkled and krinkled..totally unwearable at a formal event. No idea what to do about it.”

“The pant material was not a uniform material and customer service refused to allow me to return it because it was hemmed. There was no notice that returns would be refused if the pants were hemmed.”
“I am not experiencing a great dealnof assistance. I am tall and ordered long sleeve shirts but the length of sleves do not fit and I was told they do not have tall or longer sleves. This is an issue for my needs. I am a new company and this company was recommended by another. I wish I could receive uniform shirts that would fit. Thank u for your time. Also the patches sewn on uniforms were horrible, crooked and sloppy too high, we pay for a service and are provided sub par equipment. Hats also have crooked embroidery. Very displeased. Ive paid for something didnt received good quality and taken it to my own alteration company and had it repaired. Which cost me extra. Additionally, my second company project 2231 ordered a jacket for an employee 3 weeks and still in middle of winter storm hasn't arrived. I apologize but cannot say I am happy with this company.”
“I never received my merchandise, I requested a refund because you all said the product was out of stock, then I received an email saying my order has been delivered and that was a lie I received nothing”
“Great prices, shipping is an issue as they don’t tell you what is in a shipment. When you order arrives it will not tell you if a missing item is being shipped or missing from the order.”
