“I was sent the wrong colored pants. I replied and informed your company that I had received the wrong colored pants. I was told that I would received the right colored pants due to the mistake. And then paid to have the next pair sent for alterations. Plus they informed me that there would be the return label with the pants. I never received them. I then called to inquire about the pair that was suppose to be sent and was told that I should have received them. Well I am still waiting on my damn pants.”
