“Pants will work, I ordered them 2 size big for a costume I'm building figuring they would be like other formal dress/uniform pants. They unfortunatly are a bit too small. Was a bit disapointed and it took them far longer to ship and arrive then I had expected. I also had them hemmed, so I can't return them.”

My most recent order I had tailored shirts I paid for with patches that were never tailored and was told to I had to send the shirts back for tailoring after waiting 2 weeks to even receive my order. I made contact with customer service to even confirm that the patches I bought from them would be added and of course they were not.”

“Have placed several orders in recent weeks.
1) Boots were substituted with a lower cost option, had to contact UW for refund.
2) pants arrived with incorrect custom length, waiting for replacement ten days after initial contact after multiple emails and phone calls.
3) shirt arrived without custom patches installed. More telephone calls to correct and dealing with return shipping.
Quality of products is great! But spending a lot of time getting things corrected that are getting past Quality Control! On- line ordering is great, but getting orders corrected is taking up too much of my time!”
“Their service was okay. The problem I had was the product. The sizes I ordered were at least two sizes smaller than what they should have been. One pair of pants was a size 38, but it was more likely a 36 or maybe even a 34. The same thing with the size 36, it might have been a 32. They use USPS as well so if you’re relying on a timeframe, forget it, the Postal Service is terrible.”
