“I have been customer for several years, G I Security. I have recived large size polos in plastic bags when I was charged 3x or 4x. I have have recieved polos with no patches when I was charged to have patches placed. Over the years I have mentioned this to deaf ears or transfered to someone else.
I would not refer anyone. The only reason I continue ordering is the pricing.”
“It took 5 calls to simply add patches to 20 beanies. After several calls the agent never sent the link. Then subsequent calls would not just bill me, they kept making me wait for links that never came. Finally had to force the dude to just take my money on the 5th call!
Also please add the ability to add patches to hats and beanies. Why take that out?
Also your art department just emailed stating I had 10 patches left when I verified that yall have 200 of them at the start of my order.
What ever yall did to your customer service flow, please change it back. it used to be so simple to get stuff done.”
“The first polo Security shirt I bought (yellow with black lettering) still looks great after several washing. The new navy shirt with yellow lettering didn't survive the first washing. We followed the washing instructions and even turned the shirt inside out to protect the lettering, but much of it came off in the wash. I will be contacting Uniform Warehouse to replace this shirt.”

“I was very disappointed when I first received my uniform pants. The first thing I noticed was the black stripe or trouser braid was missing. I reached out to the company and they sent me a return label to send them back so they could add the stripes. I waited a couple more weeks and received them back. I open them only to find out that they sent me the pants back without the stripe again. I just threw them away because they are useless to me and can’t be worn at my job. I will just fo through my department from now on.”
