“The product is great but unfortunately giving 1 star as I have received the wrong size. Initially the response to customer service email was helpful and quick but since then they have not been replying to me and my issue is not resolved. Shame as this is a great product!

“It’s a great hoodie overall, very warm and quality is nice but the hood itself seems shaped a bit odd compared to my other hoodies, something about the where the stitching is makes it not sit quite right, think it’s just an overly large hood. Also the inside fluff is coming off and after having put it in the wash it’s stuck to most of my other clothes which is rather annoying- keep finding bits of fluff in my hair also where it’s coming off. Other than that still a really nice purchase”

Luckily the person it went to drove to mine to drop it off but would have been helpful to get a reply to help me understand what had happened (I.e. if it was posted to the wrong address or if it was Royal Mail mistake).”
