“Was excited to order from you guys but sadly I never recieved my order. I ordered on 9th December with the hope that would be plenty of time before Christmas - as plastered all over the website. By the 19th I had emailed customer services, they responded very quickly with an offer to ship another order out asap to still get there before Christmas. I had to pick another item from the website as since I placed my original order one of the Ts had gone out of stock. I replied within half an hour with my news T preference but since then, and several emails later, I have had no response. I have been reluctant to write a scathing review in the hope we could resolve the matter but since my emails have been ignored it felt only right to let others know. I am still £60 down with no package and no one responding to me...”
“Love the design but the base garment is very bobbled and subsequently the prints have been affected by the bobbles. I did email the team but I’ve not had a response at all.”

I’m not quite sure why I am being asked to write a review about something I’ve never received. It would help if people actually responded to emails after having read them in full rather than just an automated response.

“The products are nice, but the sizing doesn't fit. They give help to choose your size, but it doesn't fit once it arrives. And if you want to exchange size and text the help desk/customer service they don't respond. So now I bought a sweatshirt for a lot of money, that doesn't even fit and that I could only return if I would buy it again for more money and pay the shipping costa again.”
