“I purchased a top on the 31st May and paid for next day delivery (including Saturday), as the top was a birthday gift for my friend. Next day delivery isn't cheap but I wanted to ensure that it would arrvive by the Monday, when I was seeing my friend. However, the top wasn't posted until Monday and it didn't arrive until Wednesday 5th June - 5 days later.... I emailed Holly three times about where my order was and I never recieved a reply. Really poor customer service.”
