“I unfortunately had a very negative experience and I do hope this review will help them to make some improvements to their customer service standards.
I placed an order 12th June which was a gift for a friend. My order did not arrive until 1st July as they accidently sent me the wrong order. These things happen so my review is not based on this, but based on their lack of urgency in fixing the problem.
On 17th June they emailed to say I've received an incorrect order. This confused me as I hadn't, but the incorrect order did indeed arrive on 18th. The moment this was spotted I would have expected them to have sent a replacement order. This was not the case. It took them 5 days to respond to my email and explain what was going on. I understand your a small business, but 5 days is too long, especially when you don't have a contact number. I was again surprised that they further delayed sending me my actual order until I had returned the wrong order and sent through proof of postage. Again, I don't have a problem returning a wrong order - but to withhold my order for even longer seemed unnecessary, especially as I made clear it was important and I had already missed the birthday it was intended for. I was also told they would provide a goodwill discount for the inconvenience - I haven't received anything yet and I don't think it's something I should have to chase for?
A real shame as the products are excellent, but the service was truly some of the worst I have experienced and a complete red flag to order from you again.”

“Instead of my delivery, I received someone else's delivery. Then, I was refused the correct shipment of my order until I returned the other person's delivery. In other words, it felt like an eternity before my original delivery arrived.
But once my delivery arrived I was super happy with the quality etc.! Can recommend caps from UNIK!”

“It's a four as the nice designs and speedy service are let down by the weight of the T shirt. It's a super light cotton so not sure on longevity. Would be nicer on a heavyweight guage. Came super quick and slightly on the expensive side it's still a nice bit of branded merch.”
