Item came damaged. I then returned the item however a replacement was only sent nearly 3 months later. They never offered any compensation for this wait and so I’m very disappointed in the customer service.

Poor quality, boxy fit and profit from returns by charging delivery both ways plus a fee. Bad business practice from a company pretending to be a 'small family business'. Sadly they've put a lot of effort into their ad campaign with Guinness but the product itself is bad, and you're left with a big bill to return it.

7 weeks old and the clothes are looking old and deteriorated already. Another poor quality pop up instagram brand

Terrible, my package was stolen as it was not delivered properly, just left outside my property and it’s been back and forth trying to get this resolved, the email contact for help just stopped replying to my emails asking for help or a refund so now I don’t have the t shirt or my money. Will not be buying from here again as they clearly don’t care about their customers and just have refused to refund or send me a replacement for a package I didn’t get due to it being poorly delivered. Thanks guys!! What a waste lol

Terrible quality products and customer service. Ordered the Essentials Vintage Washed Hoodie and Joggers in Cocoa and the colours don't match - even though it is described as a matching set. The hoodie is not fit for purpose and is faulty, one side of the pocket is normal, on the other side the pocket isn't big enough to get your hand in... and the stitching is completely off. Contacted customer service and got advised about the 'vintage wash' of the items which has nothing to do with the issues mentioned. Had to ask for a free returns label. I then received my replacement order which has the exact same issues as the original order! Contacted customer service to get an out of office response, which means the issue won't even begin to get resolved for at least another 5 days ...

I’m really disappointed in the service I received- I ordered three items and only one was delivered. I thought it was be an easy fix- instead the company are essentially calling me a liar and not believing me that not my whole order was sent to me.

Calamitous! I ordered €160 worth of clothing and I never received my order. No news from them for several days... AVOID THIS SITE ONLINE!!!

Not very good customer service! Unfortunately UNIK Clothing sent out a wrong item in the delivery. The items that were correctly delivered are great, but unfortunately the process to get the correct item dispatched is taking along time. I’ve had to return the incorrect item and wait 5-7days for it to be received and processed before the correct item will be sent out. I personally do not believe it’s acceptable to be kept waiting over 2weeks for UNIK clothing to rectify their own error.

Hello, one of the T-shirts I ordered had a hole in it. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send them a photo of the T-shirt. I did this and then I heard nothing more. I have asked several times but my emails have been ignored. please get back to me, unfortunately I cannot recommend the customer service and the website at all.

A first order was delivered very quickly so that created trust. We placed a second order and the size of the shirts didn’t fit me right so I contacted Holly concerning a return. I received an answer very quickly so we arranged the return (costed us 40 euros from Belgium). Ever since, we never received any answer to our emails asking for a status update of when we will receive the package with the clothes in the right size. The return has been delivered to the company 11 days ago (we have proof) and I have written 4 emails without any reaction. We placed an order of over 300 euros. Will definitely take further steps in case we don’t receive the package quickly.

I bought 6 t shirts and had to return 4 of them and exchange 1 for a different size. I haven’t received a full refund and no one is getting back to me. I’ve put this negative review off for as long as possible, but it is dreadful service. I had to pay for P&P to return the items, which cost me more than £10 with Royal Mail. One shirt I have only received store credit for. And the exchange has simply not happened. I’m about £90 out of pocket and only have 1 t shirt.

I unfortunately had a very negative experience and I do hope this review will help them to make some improvements to their customer service standards. I placed an order 12th June which was a gift for a friend. My order did not arrive until 1st July as they accidently sent me the wrong order. These things happen so my review is not based on this, but based on their lack of urgency in fixing the problem. On 17th June they emailed to say I've received an incorrect order. This confused me as I hadn't, but the incorrect order did indeed arrive on 18th. The moment this was spotted I would have expected them to have sent a replacement order. This was not the case. It took them 5 days to respond to my email and explain what was going on. I understand your a small business, but 5 days is too long, especially when you don't have a contact number. I was again surprised that they further delayed sending me my actual order until I had returned the wrong order and sent through proof of postage. Again, I don't have a problem returning a wrong order - but to withhold my order for even longer seemed unnecessary, especially as I made clear it was important and I had already missed the birthday it was intended for. I was also told they would provide a goodwill discount for the inconvenience - I haven't received anything yet and I don't think it's something I should have to chase for? A real shame as the products are excellent, but the service was truly some of the worst I have experienced and a complete red flag to order from you again.

twice the wrong product sent, in the end I had to pay for shipping twice, the proposed discounts were not really compensation for me

Poor quality. Joggers arrived with a hole in the pocket, sizing isn’t right - cuffs on the sweatshirt are really long and tight which is surprising because they are unisex. I wouldn’t buy from here again unfortunately
