“After making many good purchases i was happy with I took the chance on the £75 mystery box and was bitterly disappointed. I thought it was a great way to get some items with one of the many cool designs on the website however every item that was delivered was completely plain.
Wouldn’t recommend the mystery box at all and am really disappointed with the purchase.”
“The product is great but unfortunately giving 1 star as I have received the wrong size. Initially the response to customer service email was helpful and quick but since then they have not been replying to me and my issue is not resolved. Shame as this is a great product!

I had a truly disappointing experience with this company. I paid for next day delivery, but after five days, I'm still waiting for my order. To make matters worse, one of the items I purchased was out of stock, and I received no communication about it.
The lack of customer service is appalling—I've reached out multiple times with no response. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and left in the dark. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a more reliable service.”
