“Product is fine. Item was delivered to the wrong address, contacted the company (using the feature in the website) to ask what address they had posted it to but didn’t get a reply. Luckily the person it went to drove to mine to drop it off but would have been helpful to get a reply to help me understand what had happened (I.e. if it was posted to the wrong address or if it was Royal Mail mistake).”

I have been trying to return the item and an still waiting on a response to my last email sent 6 days ago. The cost to return the item is double what I paid for delivery. I support independent small brands but I expect the quality and service to be on point.”
