“I have already SENT AROUND 5 emails saying the same thing. I received my package, but it didn’t even arrive at my house as you had stated it would. I was told it would be delivered within 2-3 days, that’s why i paid for express delivery, but it took almost two weeks. On top of that, it didn’t arrive at my address - I had to go pick it up myself. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $25.
This is a joke! In total, I paid almost 60 CAD for delivery, which is almost the same price as the shirt itself. This is ridiculous, I really hope and expect you to do something about this and be fair by refunding the delivery costs.

Support were initially responsive but was surprised when they offered a resolution to let me keep the wrong items (at a discount) that are not my size or what was ordered. No response from support now after declining that offer and seeking correct items despite multiple follow ups. Not great support and doesn’t fill me with confidence to order from the store again. “I was initially going to order a L (I am a size 12 top) but decided on M as I wanted it to be tight fitting. Unfortunately it came baggy. However, I LOVE the design so aside from slightly sizing issue, it is great.”
“I love the quality, it’s amazing. But sizing and proportions for female body are not really matching great, I guess it’s because of unisex approach. Mostly the length makes me look baggy not in a good way, it’s just weird in proportions. Tees are too long even in Small size.”
