However be aware you cannot get a refund for any items in the sale, I bought a hoodie which was £48 down from £60 in two sizes to ensure it fitted correctly, and now I can’t return one for my money back, only store credit. 🙄 frustrating when it was always my plan to return one hoodie, to save multiple deliveries. Ensure you read the small print in returns policy.”
“I placed the order on 10 December and still haven’t received it. Absolutely crazy stuff considering your website says delivery takes 3 working days. If you knew that was not possible around Christmas you update it, seems really simple to me.”

It was ordered on December 13th and according to the website should have taken 3-5 business days and it is now January 1st and I can not even track it. I was unable to give my niece her gift and only got an email once I had emailed saying that getting orders to the US had been difficult. I had given the correct address but it wasn't to your correct format - a very minor issue that surely needs addressing - there must be a fault in your system that won't allow any variation of address !!”
