“Yeah these are amazing pieces of artework but unfortunately for me there were a couple of issues. First they were lost in transit so took about 3 months to get here. To the company's credit though, once I realised they weren't coming, they sorted me out with a new order pretty quick. Then when the goodies both got here there is a hole in the jumper but its behind the hoodie pocket, so for now its not an issue, but I will become one. For a premium product its just disappointing as it was a big investment.Theu also sent a hoodie instead of a tee for the sand item. This isn't so much a problem as i guess its an upgrade, but its not what was ordered. I'm guessing they were out of the tees”

“I try to support small brands as much as possible, and usually my experience of the customer service is really positive. Unfortunately there was no extension to the return period over Christmas therefore I missed the return period and they could not offer me a refund.
I therefore purchased a new item with the credit for myself and that item damaged my brand new watch strap despite washing it in line with the guidance. The customer service did offer me a partial refund, however this was not even close to the cost of replacing my watch strap.
Disappointed and won’t be using the brand again.”
