“Ordered a sweater, which unfortunately didn’t fit. So I send it back. But this is very hard to do with UNIK. Eventually I got it so that it would be returned but then they don’t send any information. Still haven’t gotten my money back.”

The most disappointing part was the lack of updates and communication: I only received information after constantly contacting customer service myself.
