“I’ve had a sweatshirt from here in previous years and it’s been great quality and had lasted years of me wearing it to death so I bought one recently to replace it but it was bobbly all over when it arrive. I’ve attempted to contact them twice now over the past fortnight with a fair request to exchange, giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was just this sweatshirt or batch and I’ve had no response at all. Very disappointed, probably wouldn’t buy again and I’m that annoyed about it that I’m writing this. Good customer service and after-sales go a very long way in ensuring repeat and loyal custom.”
“Terrible customer service. I ordered two t-shirts which arrived on time however both were too big . I followed the exchange process and the t-shirts were delivered back to UNIK over two weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them. I have also sent two emails to the support team and have had no response. As a last resort, I have also tried contacting them via linked in but, as of yet have had no update on my order.”

Wanted to use the pay in 3 but it wouldnt work so was forced to pay in full. Not a problem! Sent an instgram message to them and was told to email which i did. Chased up for a response via Inst ans was told an email was sent. It wasnt! Chased again and another person was dealing with socials and was clueless to my issue. Confirmed order details and was told an email was sent again. No email recieved. Told them again i havent had an email and since then radio silence. 5 days an counting. Defo wouldnt use again. Terrible customer experience”
“Gave me the wrong phone case (16 or 17 not a iphone 15) and when I went to go through the return process I have to pay because they got my order wrong? Also I sent an email nearly 2 weeks ago and still no reply.”
