“Was meant to have my order delivered on the 26th of June still not received it. I message on the 29th asking where my order was after the tracking code showed that the items had not been received by Royal Mail. Got a reply a day later saying it would be looked into heard nothing so had to chase again on the 30th still nothing chased again on the 31st finally got a reply saying due to a stock error one of the tees was out of stock which is why the order hasn’t gone out. I was offered either a replacement or the money back on a gift card (no refund) I replied the same day back to the email asking for a replacement this was on the 2nd of July. I’ve had no response or acknowledgement about this. I understand errors happen but this is being dealt with way too slowly this could have been resolved quickly but due to poor communication this situation is getting very annoying now”
“I ordered 2 T-shirts from Unik on the 24th June, one for me and one as a gift. Both arrived on the 29th June but one was the incorrect order. I’ve emailed asking them to exchange it, as I’d bought it as a gift, and didn’t receive a reply. I followed up through Instagram DM and got a reply the next day to say they’d reply to my email. I got no reply and had to follow up again via Instagram. Their solution was to offer me the “chance” to keep the wrong tshirt, so long as I paid 40% of the cost and then they’d send me the correct one I ordered, or to sort an exchange. I replied explaining I want the exchange, it’s been 4 days and I’ve not received a reply and I’m no closer to receiving a refund or an exchange for the order I placed. I’m gutted as the quality of the tshirt I wanted it great, but the other was meant as a gift and it’s gone past the date I needed it for. The T-shirts might look good but the customer service is sub-par.”

“Bought for my son I ordered 2 and a large and a small was delivered I don't know how that happened?? Anyway I returned the small for a large the item was only 28 pounds but it cost £3 95p to return!! Bit harsh”
“The clothing looks great at first glance, but the quality is really disappointing. After only a few wears, the fabric starts to pill, making the clothes look worn out far too quickly. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality.
What disappointed me even more is the return policy. If you return an item, you don't get your money back, you only receive store credit. As a result, I ended up having to buy clothes I didn't actually want, just to use the voucher. That's not customer-friendly at all.
The combination of poor quality, high prices, and a refund policy that only offers store credit means I definitely won't be ordering from this brand again, and I can't recommend it.”
