“I can see in the tracking information that the order is marked as delivered to my address. However, I have not received the package. I was at home all day and no delivery was made. I also checked with all my neighbours and none of them received anything on my behalf.
This concerns an order worth €70 and I do not find it acceptable that it is considered delivered when I have received nothing. Therefore, I contacted UNIK Clothing 3 times and got a poor response only after a couple of weeks.”

However be aware you cannot get a refund for any items in the sale, I bought a hoodie which was £48 down from £60 in two sizes to ensure it fitted correctly, and now I can’t return one for my money back, only store credit. 🙄 frustrating when it was always my plan to return one hoodie, to save multiple deliveries. Ensure you read the small print in returns policy.”
“I placed the order on 10 December and still haven’t received it. Absolutely crazy stuff considering your website says delivery takes 3 working days. If you knew that was not possible around Christmas you update it, seems really simple to me.”
