“Loved the t-shirt however after an hour of wearing it, the seam came undone and the sleeve ripped.. I was a little frustrated but thought it was just a faulty shirt, but I contacted the company to ask to exchange my item or have a refund, as you pay £35 for a tshirt you’d expect the seam to last longer than an hour! They refused to give me an exchange and instead offered me 10% refund, that’s £3.50.. laughable when you pay for something that isn’t cheap.. I’d expect from a small business that they’d want to help their customers, terrible customer service and terrible stitching.”
