“Unreal. Bought a jumper I’ve wanted for ages but saw it drop into the sale! Purchased at 11:08 got an email saying it had been shipped at 12:00. Arrived 2 days later and over the Christmas period. Quality is up there with the best hoddie I own and I’ve had so many comments already on how nice it is.

“I ordered a tracksuit matching set size small , I then checked the order and it was s top and XL bottoms , I directly messaged to amend the order and had no response. Now they will deduct £20 to send it back”
“I can see in the tracking information that the order is marked as delivered to my address. However, I have not received the package. I was at home all day and no delivery was made. I also checked with all my neighbours and none of them received anything on my behalf.
This concerns an order worth €70 and I do not find it acceptable that it is considered delivered when I have received nothing. Therefore, I contacted UNIK Clothing 3 times and got a poor response only after a couple of weeks.”
