“The clothes are dope but the level of care is just not there. Had an incorrect item arrive with my order and following a back and forth with customer services I went with the exchange option. When the correct item then arrived, the print was skew and off centre.
For the price you pay, I expected better.”
“The jumper looked fantastic in the photos, but unfortunately the presentation on arrival was disappointing. It had been packed very poorly — it felt as though it had simply been scrunched into a bag — which didn’t make a great first impression.
The quality itself also fell short of what I expected, especially given how good it appeared online. The transfer logo was also peeling and I don't expect it to last long. I got it in the sale so I guess I will use it to lounge about the home in.
In the images this jumper almost looks felt like. It’s nothing like that and the material is thin and doesn’t give the appeared of washed out as advertised.
My recommendations for this jumper to be better presented:

2, improve the logo print - This jumper could improve a lot if the logo was stitched and will give it immediately a more luxury feel.”
