“Really love the clothing although few points of feedback:
1. Free delivery threshold too high
2. Response rates via email too slow
3. Insta account said they only deal with social so cant help with a return query… why else would someone message a clothing account if not to discuss an order, seems daft to not provide help (person did say they’d prod the email team)
4. Sizing seems off, im not XL for any other company
5. Quality great on some items, seems less so for others

“The delivery was fast and the designs are cool. Perhaps some of the clothes are not the best quality though, especially for the slightly high price. The shorts i got for example are extremely see through to the point I don’t think I can actually wear them! And the hat I bought fits a bit uncomfortably, as if there’s too much fabric around the base of the hat. So selection of designs great; delivery time good; quality hot and miss, but a miss might cost you £40 for a pair of unwearable shorts.”

“I am VERY dissatisfied. You have deducted the money for the item from my account on 3.3.25. I still have not received the item and I am not getting any help from you, even though I have repeatedly written to you by email. The transport company you use, ProCarrier, has had the package since 4.3.25. They also get SUCH bad reviews on Trustpilot. If I had known that you used such a dubious transport company, I would definitely not have ordered items from you. I can't say anything positive. It has/is a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!”
“The quality is great! I love my guinness tshirt and hat however it took almost 3 weeks to get to me in Canada and I had to pay $36 dollars in taxes. I know this is out of Unik's control but it would unfortunately turn me off ordering again. However I do LOVE the items I got and they arrived the day before st Patrick's day so I cant wait to wear them. If I do order again I would probably order it to family in Ireland instead and get it that way. Lesson learned. However I just want to reiterate, the quality is very good and the colors are 👌”
