“Very helpful, I spoke to a good few operators who helped me in my tough situation on trying to sort my J1. The operators I spoke to were, Jaime, Rebecca and Graham. They were all very helpful and made sure sorting my J1 was as easy and efficient as possible.”

“I had an issue with insurance just a week before I am going to San Diego on my J1. Jamie Doyle from the team, was great and really efficient in helping me to resolve this problem. I really don’t know how I would have gone about sorting this problem without his amazing guidance.”

“There was a discretion between my sponsor and my ds2019 papers that left me waiting for four weeks, and when I contacted Erin for help, she sorted the problem in under a week. I can’t describe how kind, helpful and proactive she was. It would not have been possible without her ! I can’t thank her enough !”

“Graham has been extremely helpful in helping me get my VISA sorted in time as I was under pressure with time. He was very polite and mannerly on the phone, and he was able to guide me as to what steps I needed to take in order to get my VISA. I greatly appreciate his help and support”

“The Camp Team at USIT have been nothing but amazing helping me through my application. From start to finish, Olivia & Niall have been outstanding and on hand to answer every question I've had about the process over the last couple of months. Heading off to the states for the summer for the first time can be nerve racking but not when you have pro's like the USIT team on the other end of the phone whenever you need them, offering advice and assistance from their own experiences! I'm so excited about spending my summer at Camp in America and it would not have been possible without USIT, I could not recommend them enough!”

“USIT were so helpful the entire way through my journey. I had a few issues with forms during the process but the camp team were quick to resolve any problems for me or guide me on how to fix it myself!”

“I’ve had a great experience using USIT for my 2024 summer J1. Throughout the process I was emailing a couple different staff members however Erin Hunter has been the best by far. Her responses have been so quick and helpful. She helped get me through every stage of the process. My application is now fully complete and I’m waiting for the visa papers in the post, almost 2 months ahead of my departure date so I am so glad to be done so early. Thank you Erin”

“Completing the J1 application during final year has been quite stressful but after submitting my application and having a few queries Jamie Doyle was more than helpful in answering my questions. Jamie replied so quickly to all of my emails and was so kind and helpful, answering all of my queries so promptly. While being in the middle of completing assignments and studying for exams, it was relieving knowing that my application was ready for processing after Jamie's helpfulness. I couldn't recommend Jamie enough!”

“USIT representative Erin Hunter has been so helpful during the J1 application process. She has continuously been there to answer my many questions and follow up with my application process. While I had problems with my job sponsor, Erin regularly checked in and then called me to let me know when the problem had been resolved. She has made this entire process stress free and I can't thank her enough for her help!”

“Sorting out the VISA applications has been quite stressful in the middle of final year exams and assignments! I had a lot of sorting to do with my employer to get my visa papers but Erin Hunter was extremely helpful in this process. Whenever i had a question she always helped and got it sorted for me within a day, and whenever i needed to ask further questions all i had to do was pick up the phone and ask her for hep, in which she gave back massively. I would advise anyone who is looking for quick help & responses to contact Erin throughout their application, as it made it such a great experience for me and i am so thankful !!”

“The whole process of getting my J1 visa was full of a lot of twists turns and questions, and when emailing for help the team were speedy and very helpful in their responses. Sadly as I had to cancel my trip due to family illness, Erin Hunter in particular was very kind and helpful towards me. I was thankfully able to receive a refund and even offered to use my deposit should it be possible to do a j1 next year instead. I’m very satisfied with all the help I received along the way and will certainly use USIT again if I’m able to go next year!”
