“Rob from USIT has been a great help for me. I was curious as to how their summer camps worked and he gave me all the info I needed. I was a bit unsure and nervous as to how it would all work but he gave me all the relevant info and directed me to the website. I'm looking forward to venturing over the pond next summer to make some memories. Thanks again Rob for your help!”

“Robert was incredibly helpful and very patient with all of my questions. Kat was also great and pointed me in the correct direction. Robert was very positive and sent me on the details of the type of work I could do on my grad visa in NYC. Very grateful to have met such kind and patient people when trying to organise something that can be very stressful. Thank you Robert and Kat!”

“Rob from USIT was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to answer all of my questions about doing a grad visa. He was very quick at responding to my messages and left me feeling far more knowledgeable about all things grad visas. He provided me with internship related documents that allowed me to see what kind of jobs may be suitable for my degree”

“I would recommend USIT highly to anyone doing a J1. Mainly due to Rob. Any issue I had he was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. No question was too small to ask him and I had a lot of those questions before going over. He was a key factor in the smooth running of my trip over. Big thank you to Rob!!”

“After running into a few issues with my paperwork in order to get my J1 visa sorted, Graham was able to help me enormously in getting my forms and securing me an embassy appointment to make sure I made it to my flight. He made it so easy to move from step to step each time and his kind and understanding nature made the stressful process so much easier for me. I am so thankful for his assistance and appreciate his help so much!”

“USIT were extremely efficient and helpful in supporting me with my J1 - application thou huge thanks needs to go Sean who was such a professional in assisting me when we ran into problems with the sponsor and then forms. He was just amazing, he pre-empted my questions with solutions and was just so logical in working his way thru the process and assisting me and most important in this digital age - he rang me back when he said he would! He's such a genuine guy, concerned about his clients and doing his absolute best I got a resolution to my issues and get me on a plane to the States. There should be a Sean in every customer facing organisation!”

“The service is excellent and every question answered patiently. They guided us through every step. The most important thing is the aftercare when you arrive in the US. There was a problem with our accommodation and though other J1 students accepted it in the past Usit agreed and we were moved to a much more upmarket place to work immediately. The whole team in Usit were amazing including Graham Higgins who worked very quickly with the ground people in America to sort this out as it was the first time Usit used this property. The team really cared that the boys were looked after. To me the most important thing is the standard of aftercare that was given to my son.”
