“Fantastic product but your website is not good. I have constant problems attempting to order with pages always timing out and taking forever to load and most often not working. This is mainly eveudent in the ordering with products not adding to the basket or taking forever to do so. I have ended up pressing the add button several times and nothing happens. Also I was sent a buy 2 get 1 free email offer but after seven attempts I gave up as the link gave me no such discount. Again. Good product but you are losing sales here. Slow delivery also. Almost a week.”

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly could you confirm that it is Vapourcore that you have been having an issue with as we have never run a buy 2 get one free offer and have had no other feedback about time out errors.
If you are having issues adding stock if it is us that could be because we have limited stock. Sometimes popular items sell out quickly and this means we may only have a handful left of some lines which I've had feedback on from other customers where they're trying to order more items than are in stock and it causing them to think we have website issues.
I can see that Royal Mail were particularly slow delivering your last order for which I can only apologise. We have got DPD also as a courier option which is a little more expensive but guarantees speedy delivery. If it was us you were having issues with the website with if you could please supply extra details of specific products, dates and approximate times and I can get our technical team to investigate.
