Sadly there can be manufacturing errors particularly when an item is new to the market like the Blu 1000. There can often be teething issues with initial batches. Obviously we can't tell if we've got a faulty batch from the factory until you try them. If you reply to my email we'll get this resolved as quickly as possible.
