I phoned and spoke to a young gent who apologised profusely and arranged for a replacement shirt to be sent next day delivery at no extra charge and informed me to keep the shirt as it was no use to them. I washed the shirt and it came up like new. Outstanding customer service will defo shop here again. My son loves his new shirts. ”
