“Great product at fair price. Bought as a gift. Very disappointed, however, to have paid £6.99 for premium delivery and it take 5 days. Might have expected it be sent with Royal Mail whose services nowadays would've been far quicker (and cheaper than £6.99)”

“Great choice of products - especially to give as gifts - and really nice presentation box with ribbon and personalised gift card. There was a problem with one of the items I purchased - it arrived broken inside the sturdy packaging. However- VIP Bottles customer service could not have been better or more understanding. They organised a replacement immediately and I was able to return the original parcel without any trouble whatsoever. I really cannot fault them at all and would definitely recommend.”

“Bought a bottle for a present and ticked the wrong postage box by accident. Contacted them to see if I could upgrade the delivery (I offered to pay) which they happily did for me but free of charge. Item arrived well packaged and on time. Superb customer service and will definitely buy from here in future. Great choice as well. Can thoroughly recommend.”
