Not a great experience - I ordered a bottle of Rose Perrier Jouet, and it was completely flat and undrinkable. Had to be thrown away. Not sure how they are storing the champagne - but it needs to be looked at.

Sadly my order is already several days late arriving and unfortunately VIP Bottles have not been in contact to say there will be a delay or to apologise for late delivery. This email to do this review is the only thing I have received from VIP Bottles since the confirmation email for my order on 08-01-2025. Very disappointing. Of the questions below there is only 1 I can answer until you deliver my order. I can't review the products because you have not delivered them yet.

So far terrible item has not been delivered as yet, on tracking says item not addressed properly so has had to be returned to sender (yourselves) so would appreciate either item resent or refund asap thanks

The item received was not that advertised on the site, I ordered a limited bottle of Black roast Kraken and received a standard £20 coffee Kraken that can be purchased from any supermarket. Still waiting for a refund.

Disappointed to receive 700ml bottles and not the new 750ml bottles. I have been told that all Very strong Sunset Rum should now be in 750ml bottles hence the slight increase in price. Here the 700ml being sold for same price as 750ml from other suppliers. Needless to say I won't be purchasing from here again! See pictures. Bottle left purchased from here 700ml Bottle on the right 750ml purchased from another supplier for the same price 🤬

The delivery service was very poor They had to deliver twice, no card left No phone call, I would like to use you on a regular basis but my delivery would not be guaranteed running a business need your service would make me a failure.

Very long shipping, the bottles were not used because they arrived the day after my husband's birthday Tracking number not working I'm not recommended this company.

Parcelforce have delivered a box containing 2 bottles, not the 14 I ordered. We think the other box is in their depot but they have not confirmed that. We have spent lots of time this week trying to chase it.

I have made two orders, the first one. which I paid for shipping the next day, the first arrived two days later and the second 3 days later, meaning I paid extra for shipping for nothing.
