Ordered 2 bottles of specialist cider. Had an email informing they only had 2 both broken(?!?!). Refund was quick, I guess.

Said on site about next day delivery if ordered within time frame, false advertising and paid £4 odd for delivery to receive email confirmation stating would be delivered within 7 days

The bottle I purchased could not be delivered as recipient was not home (15 September). I have asked for it to be redirected to a new address asap but I have had no confirmation yet (23 September). Awaiting your news, many thanks

Bottle on lid broken. This was a premium spirit so most spilt out in the bubble bag. Delivery driver did not deliver for three days. Meaning I had to drive to Birmingham from another city to collect the drink after waiting 5 days. I paid next day delivery what a joke. Don't use Parcelforce

I have twice bought about 8 bottles of wine paying for delivery the next day and they have arrived late both times more than 3 days later.
