“The ordering process with VIP Bottles is simple, and straightforward. Pricing is very competitive and the offers are good and valid. Delivery of my last order was not so good with the carriers tracking app not working (so hence I had no idea when delivery was scheduled, and the carriers tracking app decided to leave the delivery at the end of the drive in full public view, even though the driveway was fully accessible.”

“Ordered 14 miniature Sambuca’s which arrived fairly quickly. They arrived in a lovely box which said 15qty so I thought that was a nice gesture they sent me an extra one, however when I opened the box they had taken one out, I was a bit disappointed then.”

“All very good except courier - he stood in the middle of the mobile home park and shouted my name until someone (anyone) took in the package - the same as last time he delivered for u. Never even tried to look for the house number which is quite visible. Luckily everyone there is pretty good and the package did get to my parents.”
