“Although they offer a refund if you don't like their product, there is a restocking fee. Undisturbed I have very sensative skin and the pants gave me rug burn in my knees. They have a guide for sizes but when I measured myself and ordered occordingly, the pants were too big. So I wanted to exchange them, and wrote them an email saying such. They responded back asking to confirm what I was asking for but when I confirmed they never put in the exchange request or told me that I couldn't... when I finally got the second shipment those pants were also too big. Because they chafed I decided to just return them. Since I already lost money the first time returning I didn't want to try a different style. I just decided to go with another company altogether.”
“I've been a customer of your's for a few years. Lately I've found the orders to be less than consistent. I will receive half of my order one week and the other half much later. I've even had to email your customer support to ask about finishing my order. There have been missing items. Inconsistent turnaround times. Sometimes one week, sometimes one month.
