“The unit is very noisy. The water has a bitter taste, even worse than tap water. Hopefully it filters out the rest of the staff. The service is really great!!! The service representative wanted to help find and fix the problem (bitter taste). He walked me through the various steps to try to fix it and sent me various parts for free. When I had any questions, he answered patiently and thoroughly, showing a genuine interest in solving my problems. I have never experienced such outstanding service before.”

It's an easy fix by offering an extension cord for the display on the tap for the 800 unit.
