“I am very pleased with the Waterdrop Ultrafiltration Under Sink Water Filter System. The installation and set up was fairly quick and the unit works very well. One improvement though - the 3/8 in. inlet pipe was 'fixed' (not detachable) from the 'valve assembly' that came with the unit. The assembly was not needed and since I already had a 3/8 in valve that had been installed for an older water filter (which is actually a pretty common situation). I either needed to cut the 3/8 in. pipe and purchase additional compression fittings, or purchase a compression plug for the 'faucet port' on the 'valve assembly' in order to install your unit. I plugged the faucet port. I suggest you should include a plug for the faucet port to handle situations like mine .”

“The Chubby Waterdrop pitcher is awesome. I love the filter’s performance and longevity. In addition, the lid’s orifice makes refilling a breeze— the wooden handle is a cool touchpoint as well, who ever thought of these features deserves a raise ;) Super pleased.”

“Arrived promptly and exactly as ordered. Packaged well: Two filters, each shrink-wrapped, bubble-wrapped and boxed. Fit the refrigerator perfectly as expected. Very reasonably priced, definitely will order again.”

“I wish I can give a review of the purchase 2 weeks after receiving this survey, but I can only provide a negative review of the shipping as I have yet to receive the item 3 weeks after the order. The shipping process has been a frustrating one, with the item shipped from Chino, CA which is about 30 miles to my location. The Fedex tracking shows the package going from Chino, CA to Florida, back to Chino, then to Bloomington, CA, then handed off to the USPS without tracking information from the Post Office. Estimated delivery has changed twice during that time and has gone back to "Pending" status. Meanwhile, a purchase I made from the United Kingdom 2 weeks later arrived via Fedex shipment yesterday. I don't think I will be selecting this shipping option in any future purchases.”

“I love the products but I have to say changing the filters are a NIGHTMARE to change. I have to use a slip-jaw pliers to remove the old one. I have changed 2 different filters so far. Same for both.”

“I USED TO DRINK PURIFIED WATER AND SWITCH TO WATERDROP TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WATER TASTE SIMILARITY TO PURIFIED WATER. I RECOMMENDED THIS PRODUCT, WOULD LIKE WATERDROP TO INTEGRATE THEIR RO SYSTEM INTO A WATER COOLER DISPENSER.”
