The filtered water quality is excellent. The 1:1 pure to drain ratio was accurate as claimed. I was able to fit it inside the kitchen cabinet with no issue. The water connection is straightforward. The only time-consuming of the whole installation process for me is to drill the 1" hole in the granite countertop for the dispenser. Great product to recommend to every household. No more trips to the store.

I love the design but the filter fails to remove TDS effectively. The TDS indicator on the screen has been red since day 1. I had followed the instruction to remove the water in the reservoir and flush the filter with >5 gallons of water but issue remains.

The waterdrop system works very well and we are pleased with the product. Getting a replacement filter took longer than expected and we needed Customer Service to resolve the issue and get our filter which she did.

Replaced the CB and CF filters, the CF light turned "blue" but the CB filter light remains "red" and a beeper sounds and the faucet light turns red when actuating the faucet. Any suggestions to remedy this malfunction will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt

After 2.5 to 3 months there was an undesirable taste to the water. The filters are suppose to last 10-12 months depending on usage.

Hi dear customer, Thanks for your review. Regarding filter lifetime a. Our filter lifetime depends on 2 aspects: the elapsed time and the amount of water consumption. If one of the two limits has been reached, the corresponding filter will need to be replaced. Since the different areas will have different water conditions, the actual lifetime of the filters may vary and the actual situation shall prevail. How our filter indicator works ---Please note that it is designed based on average water conditions; it cannot adjust itself to meet your local water quality. In other words, it's perfectly normal that a filter needs replacement when the indicator gives no alert yet. ---Please note that you need to reset the corresponding filter lifetime indicator MANUALLY after each replacement since it's not designed to detect a new filter automatically. If you have encountered any difficulty during the indicator reset process, please note that it does NOT indicate a faulty filter. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. I love my under counter 3-stage filter from Waterdrop. I purchased it because it is so sleek and the filters are easy to change. I only give 4 stars because it does not filter out PFAs. (Waterdrop's RO filters do, but I didn't want an RO filter because they waste so much water). So I take the filtered water from my 3-stage filter and pour it through a Zerowater filter for drinking. In all other ways, I love the Waterdrop!

Love the system thus far very quick compared to my tanked system and it’s continuous flow rate!! Very glad I switched!! I use this system for my fish tanks as well as cleaning our babies bottles!! If you need anyone to test future designs I’d love to give yens a hand. We run our house on well system so it’s just a lil different test parameters. Just a thought!! I share my love for my switch in many fish groups with very good response!!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and our contractor removed our Waterdrop unit until we were ready to reinstall it. The unit was sitting in our very hot garage and it dawned on us that the filters and any water remaining inside the unit would be a harbor for growing bacteria. I called the customer service and was told to pull both filters and place them in the fridge. We went ahead and ordered a new filter to be safe. They were great with info and answered all my questions. New remodel is completed and every working just like it’s supposed to! Thanks!

Okay product poor shipping department. I ordered 1 unit and they sent me 2 by mistake. Then they sent me 2 more by another mistake. I returned the extra filters.

Customer care is very poor. My package went missing from fed ex and I was asked to follow up fed ex, raise a case with fed ex and then work with fed ex to resolve the case. Again I have to call fed ex get all info from fed ex so that water drop can claim missing package from fed ex. I was told that this info would be readily available for water drop. All I got an answer is we will take it from there . Still not sure what does that mean?

Usually I have no problem with my filter, but this time I have black debris coming out of the filter and into the water. I like the pitcher, it's perfect size for me.

Don't worry about that because it won't affect the taste of water. It’s easy to install and use. Really liked its TDS meter display. It Helps to understand what TDS Water we get. Only one point when we start water .. TDS out meter goes Up and then it slowly comes down. I am not talking about TDS in reading

I had to prematurely replace both the factory installed filters because the flow had decreased to a trickle. No alarms or change in color of light indicators. Once I replaced the MRO filter,flow returned to normal.

Hi Douglas, We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I can understand that the lifetime of our product didn't reach your expectations. Theoretically, the lifetime of your filter should be 2 year/200gallon, the indicator will light up when anyone reaches first. Otherwise, the indicator will not give you any warning. If it doesn't give you any warning when the duration of the filter ended, please feel free to contact us. Furthermore, as noted in our product introduction, the lifetime of the filter may be related to the quality of source water. Therefore, the slow rate you've mentioned is usually caused by bad source water, so it is recommended to you test the quality of your source water. The high TDS of the source water is easy to block the filter element, thus causing the slow flow, that's the reason why you need to replace a new filter to solve your problem. To solve your problem, it is suggested for you install a pre-stage filter WD65S, which may effectively prolong the lifetime of the filters.
