“Why only 3 and not 5 ? So nice of you to send me a new lid so I can monitor the digital date of FILTER usage but I paid (via credit card) for 3 new filters like $ 33. Plus I was to receive a $ 5.00 discount if ordering the day of the email, which I did order that day. So, I need to retrieve my order number for Don Gaertner 5200 N. Ocean Drive, apt #1605 Riviera Beach, FL 33404-2664”

“Order for replacement CF filter was easily made on the Waterdrop website. Filter was delivered to my home in the promised 5 to 7 days. This is the third time I have ordered replacement filters and I would recommend the Waterdrop RO system.”

“I am enjoying the flavor of the water the Waterdrop pitcher and filters provide for us. Without it we have highly chlorinated water but Waterdrop has changed that for us.”

“We were pleased with the packaging. The color and size of the pitcher was perfect. Very pleased with the taste of the water. Love the fact that we don't have to remove the lid to add water. Just waiting to see if the filters really do last close to the 90 days.”

“We haven't used the filters yet, as we don't yet need them, but we are happy to have them "on deck" for when we do. We do love our water filter unit and it works great! Thanks for the quick and efficient packaging and shipping! The hand-held portable water filter unit with carrying cover is lovely, but seriously, we cannot get the top to come off. We have both worked in construction for years and one of us has an engineering degree, so we aren't mechanically challenged! I am wondering if it got overheated in transit and somehow welded together? We have given up trying to open it for the time being! If not for this issue, we would have given 5 stars in the rating!”
