“Why only 3 and not 5 ?
So nice of you to send me a new lid so I can monitor the digital date of FILTER usage but I paid (via credit card) for 3 new filters like $ 33. Plus I was to receive a $ 5.00 discount if ordering the day of the email, which I did order that day.

The hand-held portable water filter unit with carrying cover is lovely, but seriously, we cannot get the top to come off. We have both worked in construction for years and one of us has an engineering degree, so we aren't mechanically challenged! I am wondering if it got overheated in transit and somehow welded together? We have given up trying to open it for the time being! If not for this issue, we would have given 5 stars in the rating!”

“Can not review at this time as my order was placed and shipped on 6-28-21 and recieved fedex tracking # but the status was on "Pending" for a few days but as i am writting this fedex has just delivered my package. After i install and use the product for awhile i will tan be better informed to review it and this is my reason for only two stars at this time and it being a required field.
