“Samsung filter #DA29 was extremely difficult to install. Turning the filter to attach the second step to go into the refrigerator was way harder then necessary. Thought I was going to break the filter attachment in the refrigerator before the filter was seated. Once in It performs well. The water tastes as good if not better than bottled water.I have used your filters for a few years now and never had this much trouble changing the filter.”
