“Since we needed new water valves and faucet we had a plumber install. Seems pretty straight forward for changing filters but Iam a little concerned about the remineeralization filter when it comes time to change it. Also need to find out how often that hsould happen. Otherwise water tastes great functions well and Iam delighted to have this new product!”
“Good for first week. But, as all water processing products are concerned, only time will tell. It is fairly poor CRM practice to as me to rate a 10 year life cycle product in the firsr week.”

“When we installed a new kitchen sink & faucet, we wanted to add a water filter to the line to help remove any minerals or hard water that may have been staining our fixtures and getting into our drinking water. I found Waterdrop filters online and decided to order one to install underneath the counter. We have been using them for over a year now and they work great and the quality of our water has improved immensely. Thank you for making this quality product.”
“I like the N1 unit but it has some issues. First the first unit we received was defective. Waterdrop agreed to replace it of course but it was a slow back and forth and a bit frustrating. We are very happy with the new one except the flow of water is quite slow and the tank is a bit of a pain to clean. It’s been a week a d a half and if really needs to be cleaned weekly. Overall worth the money but would choose the under sink unit if we had the option.”

“I ordered the water drop system with a remineralization add on. I got the main unit but when the remineralization got to my house the box was empty. I have still not heard back from you on sending me the item or giving me a refund.”

“False advertising not easy to install plus no fittings included advertised as simple and easy to install yet the list of tools required is extensive. To return charged 15% all because of false misleading advertising. Shame on you Waterdrop.”
“The G2 RO system performs as advertised. I had 124 TDS and 5 grains of hardness. (Tested by water treatment provider)
The G2 brought the TDS down to 7 TDS and the softness to 1/3-1/2 grains of hardness.”
