“I have tried almost every countertop water filter pitcher and Waterdrop is my hands down favorite. I love the overall design of the pitcher and the fact that it leaves the good minerals in and the bad stuff like fluoride, out. Another plus is the wonderful customer service which is fast, friendly and very helpful.”
“All items inside the box were covered in plenty of black dust and foil was torn in a few places. The box in which were delivered had been mistreated.”
“I haven't received one of my filters as it was shipped from a third party. I was told to contact Amazon which I did and they were not able to verify the order. I'm missing filter RO which is the most expensive out of the three filters. Third party sent me CF filter instead of RO. I've been calling Waterdrop only to leave a message and I haven't received a call back.”
“Great filter, easy to order on Amazon or directly with Waterdrop and exceeds the standards of the OEM filters that I can buy. Delivered earlier than anticipated”
“I love the pitcher so that is good. my only issue was with slow customer service and ship times. I live one state away from where the item was being shipped from.. Once fed ex actually got the package they got it to me in one day... The problem was your staff at your warehouse didnt tender the package to fedex for like 4 days. It took 5-6 days for me to get an item that should have taken 1.”
“I am very satisfied with my Gravity Water Bag. I already had a filter, so I was glad it could be purchased without a filter. The quality is better, and the price is less, than other similar products.”
“I did my research on RO systems and powered units provide the pressure required for proper filtration. Waterdrop incorporates all the benchmarks needed for state of the art RO systems with pressure regulation, high quality filters, electronic monitoring and supreme build quality. Comfortably priced compared to other powered RO systems, Waterdrop is clearly superior.”
“Waterdrop filters are an excellent water filter and a very good price. My only reason for 3 stars and not 5 stars is their poor customer service. They do not answer the phone and their web site is very confusing when you are trying to compare filters. There should be a box you can check for each filter so you can compare them and they should put the model number with the description so you can see which one you are looking at. There is a model number that you can see when you are looking at the filter but it conveniently disappears when it shows you more suggested filters so you don't know what filter they are talking about. What the hell happened? Customer service did finally call me back after several days or maybe a week later but by then I was about to buy from another company and I was researching other filters. The other thing I do not like is when I tried to order a filter for my refrigerator I picked one filter but it would not let me buy just one although it showed they were in stock. I had to purchase 3 filters and it was not from Waterdrop it sent me to the Amazon website. It was a Waterdrop filter but Amazon sold it to me. I have purchased from Amazon before and I do not like them, they have very sneaky tactics to lure you into their environment. It took a few weeks and several emails to get disconnected from Amazon in the past and I actually had to cancel the credit card used so I would not get continuing monthly charges from them. I do not like Amazon and I just would prefer not to do business with them. What has happened to Waterdrop? Someone bought them because they email me under a different name. They still make an excellent filter.”
“I ordered from your company to AVOID any purchases from Amazon. Your package was from Amazon? Also, the warning on my machine continues even after I followed the instructions for your filter. I would like my money back.”
“Excellent water filter. I did a fair amount of research and ended up buying the G2 P600 tankless RO system from Waterdrop. Couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. Quality is of the highest order, from packaging to product to instructions. If Apple made water filters they would be be Waterdrop. Our municipal water has a TDS of around 340, with a distinct unpleasant odor, and it doesn’t taste so good. After filtering, there’s a night and day difference in taste, and no odor (I don’t have a TDS meter so I can’t provide that data point). Simply amazing! I tested the flow rate and get 0.51 gal/min, higher than the advertised rate of 0.42 gal/min (our water pressure is about 82 psi). I’ve even noticed the scale buildup in my electric hot water pot is gone after using filtered water for a month. Buy, you won’t be disappointed.”
