“Not sure where they make their parts but I'm guessing probably kung pow. As a result they are not able to supply filters in a timely manner. There supply chain issues leave me in a position to not be able to get proper filtration. If and when I can get the filters the machine itself works very well. They suggested that I buy their products from Amazon. I refuse to spend even a penny with Amazon. Amazon is an evil company. Perhaps they will learn from these supply chain issues connected to communists?”

“I have used Waterdrop carbon filters for refrig ice maker for the past few years. I am very satisfied with the product, ease of installation at a reasonable cost compared to GE. I would recommend to everyone to purchase, great value and better water quality.”

“Worth its weight in gold in my opinion. I am on city water Pre-Installation tap water tested TDS at 220ppm Filtered water Water from refrigerator tested TDS at 180ppm. After installation RO water tested TDS at 35ppm. This I find incredible. My granddaughter installed it for me in about 1 1/2 hours. If I could afford another unit I would buy one for her house. She loves the taste of my new RO water”

“This unit only has a fully on or fully off faucet control option. When the unit isn’t fully open the unit pulses and dispenses unfiltered water. When turning off the facet while your cup is under it, you’re getting unfiltered water for a moment. Pretty horrible design flaw.”

“So far I have enjoyed my new Waterdrop triple filter system. The install was very simple and well explained. The install was also very clean. The best part is my wife and I think the water taste fantastic. I have not had to change filters yet so I cannot comment on that yet.”
