Based on recommendation from Support member added the small tank to the system. Very good pressure so far. Your newest system 600 and 800 probably even better...

I had to prematurely replace both the factory installed filters because the flow had decreased to a trickle. No alarms or change in color of light indicators. Once I replaced the MRO filter,flow returned to normal.

Hi Douglas, We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I can understand that the lifetime of our product didn't reach your expectations. Theoretically, the lifetime of your filter should be 2 year/200gallon, the indicator will light up when anyone reaches first. Otherwise, the indicator will not give you any warning. If it doesn't give you any warning when the duration of the filter ended, please feel free to contact us. Furthermore, as noted in our product introduction, the lifetime of the filter may be related to the quality of source water. Therefore, the slow rate you've mentioned is usually caused by bad source water, so it is recommended to you test the quality of your source water. The high TDS of the source water is easy to block the filter element, thus causing the slow flow, that's the reason why you need to replace a new filter to solve your problem. To solve your problem, it is suggested for you install a pre-stage filter WD65S, which may effectively prolong the lifetime of the filters. The filters work great. I've never had one that stopped working after a couple refills with this brand, but I have had other filters that stopped working after a couple refills.

The Waterdrop unit is well designed and engineered. Designed in such a way that it is very easy to maintain. I have owned many tank-type reverse osmosis systems in the past, but this unit is by far better than the ones I have previously had. I had read many of the negative reviews on the unit and most of them were because of the water quality coming into the unit. The unit has no control over the water that it is being fed. I already know I have poor water quality so to eliminate this being an issue I added a 10-inch 10 µm filter as a pre-filter to the Waterdrop unit. By doing this it will ultimately protect the three filters inside of the Waterdrop unit and will ultimately extend their life. (10" Housing and filters readily found on Amazon) This resulted in a very clean installation. I worked for 43 years in the facilities department for a large medical company which had multiple reverse osmosis systems. This seems to be the best point of use unit that I was able to find. It is a little more expensive than tank type units, but you get what you pay for. Well worth the money.

We like the quality of water from our unit. What we don't care for is the delay in starting up and delay to getting to full force.

I haven't used it yet because I wanted to save the filters for when I am ready to use it. But it is well made with the stainless steel and looks good.

I have purchased 4 systems from water drop. The ability to remove the tank makes more room and no stored water I have an issue with the last purchase. Support was helpful and a replacement unit was sent The company did their best to satisfy the customer. Rare now days. I will continue to be a customer

I was a Zero Water customer for the last 9 years and I recently switched to Waterdrop's gravity filter system. After using Waterdrop for the last month, I have to say, I'm disappointed with the taste of the water vs Zero. Zero always tasted clean and pure, but there's a noticeable taste associated with Waterdrop. The TDS of Waterdrop vs my tap water is nearly identical, while I was always able to achieve a 0 reading with Zero. With that said, I do like the increased 2gallon capacity of my Waterdrop vs Zero so I don't need to fill it as regularly for two people. Overall, I'll continue to try it for the next few months but I much rather prefer the Zero water taste.

I checked the product introduction of your filter system on our website and found that this system wasn't designed to reduce TDS, so, normally, the TDS of filtered water is identical to that of tap water. This is an amazing machine. I have had under sink RO’s but it was not an option this time. I use this water in my portable clear ice maker and humidifier and what a difference. Very little cleaning and what a difference in taste.
