“The filters are fine. When I needed to order new filters, the PP was out of stock. A place was provided to request an email when it was re-stocked. However, I never received an email. When I went back on the web site it was back in stock.”

“I haven't put in the new filters, but so far we are quite pleased with our Waterdrop filter. We use it a lot and we didn't have to change the filter for about six months, slightly less. Thank you.”
